  • Asset Classes -  Single Family Residential; Multifamily; Retail; Industrial; Select Office; Self-Storage
  • Asset Quality - A, B, & C class properties acceptable. Value Add/Market Opportunity regardless of class.
  • Locations of Interest - Single Family Residential focused in SC & Western NC.  Commercial Nationwide with Southeast preferred.
  • Investing Strategies - Value-Added and Opportunistic
