Palmetto Equity Partners, LLC is a privately-owned real estate investment firm formed to capitalize on investment opportunities resulting from the cyclical nature of the real estate industry.  We are based in Upstate South Carolina and conduct business nationwide.

Founded in 2006, Palmetto manages its investment fund to generate superior risk-adjusted returns for investors by pursuing value-add opportunities in commercial and residential real estate investment.  Palmetto also participates in private asset based lending (ABL) for select commerical and residential projects capable of generating 'hard-money' returns at preferred LTV's.

For asset acquisition & holding, Palmetto focuses on partnering with experienced property managers, brokers and professionals--and utilizing a disciplined investment approach.  Palmetto Equity Partners is dedicated to maximizing the value of its real estate assets and investor returns.
